Grab a cup and sit a spell.
Have a wonderful, happy day! *hugs*
Just wanted to say Hi and welcome to the block.
Wow it's been over three years since I posted last. What's new?
I graduated nursing school. I have an Associates of Nursing. I am working on my Bachelors now with a goal of ARNP. Only going to school part-time online, so I have more time with my family. Classes this semester are Philosophy and History to 1500 AD. "How do you know you are not a brain in a vat?" Both are pretty cool.
I am the RN and shift-leader (supervisor) on a behavior unit at the state hospital. I work with great people and the job can be fullfilling, but dangerous as well.
My husband almost has his Associates degree. He is working on his teaching degree. He is also working at the state hospital, a book about herbs and "Natural Living", and all his other hobbies and crafts.
My kids are in the 5th and 6th grades now. One loves school and plays the saxophone, the other loves video games.
We bought a 1979 Minnie Winniebago and fixed it up for camping this summer. I am off work for 4 days and praying the weather warms enough to take it out to the lake for the first time. The kids are on Spring break starting tomorrow and the daughter's birthday is St. Patty's day.

Come on goddess, give me a nice weekend and you can make it snow or rain or cold after that.
Gotta admit I haven't been putting in enough time for my spiritual work, but my religion remains in ultimate importance in my life and I feel the Gods with me at all times.
In general, lifes good. Oh sure, there are the normal daily stressers of work, money, housework, homework...busy-ness, but life is good.
And although I may never win the publishers clearing house, in a time that is so bad for so many, I feel blessed.
Well, I suppose I should quit wasting the day relaxing and use the next hour to clean house.
Ostara
is coming up I pray the Goddess gives those in need some fertility in their lives (not necessarily their wombs)
.
Bless you all. May the world soon feel the healing of the mother.
